Return Policy

All of the products are made custom made to order. Due to this there are no returns or exchanges on any orders if the incorrect product is ordered on the customers behalf.

Can you Change or Cancel an Order once placed?

Because of our fast-paced shipping and creation process, we cannot guarantee changes/cancellation to your order so please reach out to us immediately via email at info@artscapeart.com and we will do our best to help you before the print process begins.

f your package has been shipped or created, we are unable to change/cancel your order. (Please check your email to confirm your order has not shipped before reaching out to us)

NOTE: We can only make changes to your order BEFORE the order has been shipped. (All orders are sent to production within a 24 hour period.)

Defective or Damaged Products

Occasionally our production partner may send an defective product or incorrect size and we will absolutely fix this error.

Please reach out using the contact form below and let us know within 3 days of receiving your case. 

If you received the wrong product. Let us know which product you ordered and which product you received. We may also ask you to send us photos of the defect or damage which you can do via email to info@artscapeart.com
After completing the required steps if we see that your product is defective we will get a replacement on its way immediately.
